The Manual 3000 and Automatic 3000 are identical in every component except the pump head — same premium cylinder, same Mach rings, same 5-year warranty. The Automatic 3000 adds a 90-day return window (vs. 30-day for the Manual). Not sure which to choose? Call us: 866-218-0902.

      The Spring-Loaded MOS Mechanism

The V113 MOS (Manual Operating System) pump head uses a spring-loaded press-down design that distinguishes it from both squeeze-bulb and lever-style manual pumps. The user presses down on the pump head to create suction; the internal spring automatically returns the pump head to its starting position between strokes without any secondary action from the user. This creates a rhythmic, consistent pump motion — press down, spring returns, press again — that many users find more controlled and less tiring than squeeze-bulb designs. The suction speed is determined by pump stroke pace; the maximum vacuum level is determined by when the user stops pumping; pressure can be held or released immediately via the safety valve at any point.

      The Mach Ring Advantage

The 4 included Mach rings are Pos-T-Vac's premium tension ring — a thick-center design that distributes venous compression over a wider surface area compared to the standard Ultimate ring. The wider contact surface applies tension more evenly around the penile veins responsible for erection maintenance, improving erection retention duration and reducing the localized pressure that can make thinner standard rings uncomfortable during extended wear. The Manual 3000 includes the same Mach rings as the premium Automatic 3000 — not the Ultimate rings included with the Automatic 2000.

      Key Features

      • Patented twist-lock cylinder — superior vacuum seal — the twist-and-lock connection creates a more secure cylinder-to-pump-head seal than standard push-in connections, reducing vacuum loss during pumping and improving consistency across sessions; the same system used in the most powerful automatic VED in the Pos-T-Vac lineup
      • No batteries — always ready — no batteries to replace, no motor to maintain, no charging; the spring-loaded mechanism is mechanically self-contained and immediately ready to use at any time
      • 4 premium Mach rings — included at the same level as the Automatic 3000 premium kit; four sizes accommodate anatomical variation to find the correct tension level without a separate ring purchase
      • 2 bushings — anatomical fit components that narrow the cylinder base opening, improving the vacuum seal against the body and reducing non-penile tissue draw-in; included as standard in the Manual 3000 kit
      • 5-year warranty + 30-day return — among the longest warranty periods in the VED category; registration required to activate; keep your purchase receipt
      • 98%+ effective — FDA-approved — clinically documented effectiveness across all causes of ED including post-prostatectomy, diabetes-related, cardiovascular, and age-related
Registration required: Register after purchase at the Timm Medical / Pos-T-Vac product registration page to activate the 5-year warranty and 30-day return policy. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase date.

      FAQs

Should I choose the Manual 3000 or the Automatic 3000?

Choose the Manual 3000 if you prefer direct hand-controlled suction, want a battery-free device, or find the tactile feedback of manual pumping preferable to automatic motor operation. Choose the Automatic 3000 if push-button convenience is the priority, if limited hand strength or dexterity makes sustained pumping uncomfortable, or if you want the longer 90-day return window. Both carry the same 5-year warranty and the same premium Mach rings and twist-lock cylinder. If still unsure, call us: 866-218-0902.

Is this appropriate for post-prostatectomy rehabilitation?

Yes — the Manual 3000 is appropriate for daily penile rehabilitation following prostatectomy. Consult your urologist for specific guidance on timing, frequency, and duration for your situation.

      Do I need a prescription?

No. The PTV Manual 3000 is available over the counter. Consult your physician before use if you have cardiovascular conditions, bleeding disorders, or take anticoagulant medications.
