      What It Solves

Loading a tension ring onto the cylinder is one of the most technique-sensitive steps in VED therapy. Without a loader, the user must manually grip the ring, stretch it open, and roll it down over the narrow end of the cylinder — a process that requires significant finger dexterity, grip strength, and coordination to do accurately. Done incorrectly, the ring sits at the wrong position on the cylinder end and transfers poorly during the erection transfer step, reducing therapy effectiveness.

The PTV Ring Loader eliminates this entirely. Place the tension ring on the prongs of the loader — the prongs hold it open and stretched. Position the loaded prongs over the cylinder end and push down — the ring slides off the prongs and onto the cylinder in the correct position in one motion. Consistent placement, every time, with minimal hand strength required.

      How to Use

      1. Select your tension ring and stretch it onto the prongs of the ring loader — the prongs hold the ring open in the loaded position
      2. With the cylinder in position and ready for use, place the pronged loader over the open (ring) end of the cylinder
      3. Push the loader down firmly — the ring slides off the prongs and seats correctly on the cylinder end in one push
      4. Proceed with vacuum therapy as normal — the ring is correctly positioned and ready for transfer after the erection is achieved

Who Should Use a Ring Loader

      • Men with arthritis — manual ring loading requires sustained grip and finger pinch strength; the ring loader reduces this to a simple push motion; specifically recommended for Pos-T-Vac arthritis users
      • Men with limited hand dexterity — any condition that reduces fine motor control makes manual ring loading frustrating; the loader provides a mechanical assist
      • Post-surgery recovery — men in early post-prostatectomy rehabilitation may find fine motor tasks more tiring; the ring loader reduces preparation effort during daily therapy sessions
      • All VED users — accurate ring placement ensures consistent ring transfer during therapy; even users without dexterity limitations benefit from the precision and speed of the loader vs. manual rolling

      FAQs

Is this compatible with both Ultimate and Mach rings?

Yes — the K117 ring loader works with both the Pos-T-Vac Ultimate II tension rings (included with the Automatic 2000 and MVP 700) and the Mach rings (included with the Automatic 3000 and Manual 3000).

Does the loading cone included with my system do the same thing?

The standard loading cone included with most Pos-T-Vac systems is a simpler cone-shaped tool that guides the ring onto the cylinder. The K117 ring loader uses prongs to actively hold the ring open, which requires less grip strength and provides more accurate placement than a standard cone — particularly beneficial for users with dexterity limitations. Both work; the ring loader is easier for most users.

Is this compatible with non-Pos-T-Vac VEDs?

The K117 is designed and sized for Pos-T-Vac cylinders and rings. Compatibility with other brands' cylinders depends on cylinder diameter and ring size — call us to confirm before ordering: 866-218-0902.
