How to Use
- Before applying the cylinder, pull the body shield over the penis through the center hole — the disc sits flat against the base of the penis against the body
- Apply water-based lubricant to the outer edge of the shield where it meets the cylinder (less lubricant needed than without the shield)
- Slide the cylinder over the penis and the shield as normal and proceed with vacuum therapy
- After erection is achieved and you're ready to transfer the tension ring, stretch the body shield over the tension ring alongside the ring transfer for removal
- Rinse with mild soap and warm water after use — reusable across multiple sessions
